Employee Training and Capacity Building Program

The Bayelsa Electricity Regulatory Agency (BYERA) designed this training-program for its employees, however, in lieu of the current situation, we invite technicians, engineers, and administrative staff in Bayelsa to participate in this program. The focus will be on safety measures, customer service excellence, and updates on state electricity regulations to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
